These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the website https://blanterivo.online/ and any detailing service performed by Hoang Huynh LLC. Any booked service is further governed by a written work order signed or confirmed by both parties; these Terms apply alongside, and do not replace, that work order.
1. About Us
Hoang Auto Detail is the trade name of Hoang Huynh LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Document No. L23000444939, EIN 93-3586397), organized September 2023. The studio is managed by Hoang Huynh. The studio address is 2077 SE Joyner Cir, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952.
2. Services Offered
We provide professional auto detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, interior cleaning, and related vehicle appearance services. Services are performed at our Port St. Lucie studio or, where applicable, at the client's address within our service area on the Treasure Coast.
3. Quotes & Booking
- All written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Quotes are based on information provided by the client (vehicle year/make/model, condition, photos). Material differences on inspection may result in a price adjustment, disclosed and agreed before work begins.
- Bookings of $1,000 or more require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.
4. Appointments, Arrival & Drop-Off
- Studio appointments require the vehicle to be delivered at the agreed time. Late arrivals may require rescheduling.
- Mobile appointments require that the client provide safe, legal, and accessible parking and, where applicable, permission from property management.
- For mobile service, we bring all equipment, water, and power supply (where needed). The client is responsible for ensuring the area is suitable for service.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice incur no fee.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a $75 short-notice fee, except for genuine emergencies.
- Deposits on bookings of $1,000 or more are non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the appointment.
6. Payment
- Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted methods: cash, major credit and debit cards, Zelle, and bank transfer.
- Invoices more than 15 days past due accrue a 1.5% monthly late fee.
- Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full.
7. Pre-Existing Condition & Inspection
Important. Every vehicle is inspected and photographed at intake in the presence of the client where possible. Pre-existing damage — scratches, paint chips, dents, stains, interior wear, missing pieces, broken clips or trim — is noted before work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during the detail or disclosed after delivery.
8. Paint Correction & Measurement
- Paint correction removes a controlled amount of clearcoat to remove defects. Paint thickness is measured and documented before any machine polishing.
- We do not proceed with correction on any panel where paint depth is insufficient for safe polishing. Panels at risk are flagged to the client.
- Correction cannot remove defects deeper than the clearcoat. Deep scratches, rock chips, and damage into the basecoat are not correctable through polishing and require paint repair by a body shop.
9. Ceramic Coating Warranty
- Ceramic coatings are installed per manufacturer specification and registered with the manufacturer where applicable.
- A written warranty certificate is provided, specifying term (2, 5, or 7+ years depending on package), VIN, and coverage.
- Warranty coverage requires annual inspection by Hoang Auto Detail at the published inspection rate. Missed inspections void the warranty.
- Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, automated car washes, abrasive products, neglect, or improper maintenance.
- Warranty is transferable to a subsequent owner only with written notice to us within 30 days of vehicle sale and completion of a transfer inspection.
10. Interior Cleaning & Stains
We will use best efforts to remove stains, odors, and contamination. However, some staining, fading, odor, and damage is permanent and cannot be fully corrected. Biological stains (pet urine, mold, blood) may leave residual discoloration or odor even after professional treatment. Results are not guaranteed beyond best professional effort.
11. Exotic, Wrapped & Modified Vehicles
Exotic, wrapped, modified, or rare vehicles are handled only after a full in-person inspection and a written work order specific to the vehicle. Certain paint protection films (PPF), vinyl wraps, and matte or satin finishes require specialist product and technique and may not be compatible with all services.
12. Items & Personal Property
Please remove all personal valuables, cash, documents, and firearms from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Any items found are logged and stored securely until pickup.
13. Vehicle Storage
Vehicles left for multi-day service are stored under cover at our studio. The client agrees that Hoang Huynh LLC is not responsible for damage caused by acts of God, theft, vandalism, fire, flood, or events outside our reasonable control. For extended storage, we recommend the client confirm coverage under their own auto insurance policy.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Hoang Huynh LLC arising from any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry general liability insurance and can provide proof of coverage on request.
15. Website Use
- You may use this website lawfully and in good faith.
- All content on this website — text, photography, layout, and design — is the property of Hoang Huynh LLC.
- You may not reproduce or republish content for commercial use without written permission.
- You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to this website or our systems.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from any service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Signed ceramic coating warranties are not altered by changes to these website Terms.
